HOW DO I PAY ?

We do accept credit cards, Visa and MasterCard, secure payments by Paypal. We also accept Bank transfer.

Your first order will be paid by Paypal or credit cards or Bank transfer.

With your first order, we will send to you a credit application (to be filled and returned).  Once your credit is approved, we will give you terms of payment for use on your next order. (Please contact us for more details).

 

MINIMUM ORDER ?

A minimum purchase of CAD$500.00 is required.
Prices are given in Canadian dollars and can be changed without notice.

 

YOUR ORDER IS READY ?

When your order is ready to be shipped, we will contact you to confirm the total amount of the invoice, including taxes, shipping cost  and your payment method.

Shipping charges, taxes, insurance, return charges and customs clearance fees are at customer’s expense.

 

DELIVERY ?

As soon as we receive your payment confirmation, your order will be shipped within 3 business days.

The shipping cost of backorders  will be free.

Your order will be shipped by the most appropriate carrier (CANADA POST, DHL, FEDEX or UPS) which will provide us with a delivery tracking number.

If the parcel is lost by the carrier, a claim will be made to this company by L’Aventurine and a replacement order shipped immediately to the customer.

If a parcel is damaged or seems to have been opened during transportation, the customer must notify the deliveryman upon receipt, to allow him to report the problem immediately.

 

RETURN POLICY ?

All returns or claims of adjustment must be notify directly to L’Aventurine within 5 business days after receiving the merchandise.

On receipt of any damaged or defective articles, customer must contact L’Aventurine's customer service department to get a return authorization number.

Damage or defective articles, that haven't been worn, have to be returned in their package of origin.

Returned products can either be replaced or credited to the customer’s account.
